TEA TIME WITH RUTHIE: Thinking Beyond Where I Am

In my devotions this morning I saw myself highlighting some important points and I think it is important that we as believers know that because of who God is, we should not only see ourselves at where we are or where we have come from, but think beyond where we are. Here are a few points that I took from my devotional.

It is important for us to think progressive thoughts; beyond where we are. Be trailblazers.

As creative beings created in the image of God, you can tap into the creative mind of God.

I put together a few points that we all can pray about tonight. I do hope that it encourages you to not just act like a child of Christ, but we do as he does.

Bible Verse Focus:

19 Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. 20 For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.

Prayer Focus Points: Ask God to

Instagram Post: @ruth_writes_posts
  1. Enlarge my territory and capacity of thinking to take the limits off.
  2. Allow me to see what others cannot because I am a child of God like Jesus said in John 5:19-20.
  3. Open the spiritual channels of my mind.
  4. Download of divine creative thoughts into my brain.
  5. For bigger thoughts.
  6. Let me march to the beat of my own drum.

My biggest takeaway was: “March… to the symphonic pulsating sounds of your unique destiny and purpose”.
