This was actually a women's bible study that I watched with a few friends. I so related to some of the things that Dr Jackie Greene spoke about. When I first watched it, I thought about how easy it is for us to submit to or allow our emotions to control how we act, when we act and how we do things. Even if our emotions chnage three times in an hour, we allow that to steer us in whichever direction it pleases.
