I know, believe me when I say this topic caught me off guard too.
Today I wanted us to pray. I thought of writing a prayer that we could read and go through but I want you to get back to the place of verbally praying and not just listening or reading prayers.
What happened? Where did the fire and fuel go? Where did the passion and unction to pray go? Where did the intercession drive go?
Love, you need to get back on track. You’re not getting anywhere with these counterfeit and temporary highs.
You had so much passion to pray on behalf of your friends, the nations, your family and your future. What happened? This is the longest streak you have. You need to break that cycle and start praying again. You need to get back on your knees. You need to never forget that nothing that you do separates you from God.
Why are you allowing these lies to control and dictate your relationship with God and what He says about you? HE SAYS HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU.
Why are you staying where you are? You’re uncomfortable outside of Him, yet you stay? Why are you staying in what does not serve you?
Dearest, He loves you with an EVERLASTING LOVE. There is nothing that you can do that can change His love. His love cannot be reciprocated into hate. His love cannot turn to disappointment.
You are not too far. Believe me. Just turn around. Just take it one careful step at a time back home.
Your family misses you. We miss you. We will welcome you back evrry single time. God’s hands are open wide, waiting on you. He is waiting for you to stay this time. He is still patient and forgiving. He wants to reach you.
What is really taking up your time? You used to spend half of your day in His presence!!! You used to do Him then school. You used to do Him then talk to your friends. You used to do Him then respond. You used to do Him and then spend time with you. You used to be a walking fire and influencing those around you to be the same.
Your Bible was your most viewed. Your war room was your most used room. Your words were invested in praying. Your tears were invested in praise. WHAT HAPPENED?
Why are you allowing yourself to go further and further away??
You were made to love Him. You were created to do this so don’t think that you’ll be experiencing the same peace and joy without Him. You know how drained and empty you feel. What’s keeping you away? Address it. Face it.
Why are you afraid of God’s response? What are you thinking of hiding from Him? Is it because you know you cannot hide? He won’t run you away. He wants you. He wants this relationship too. He desires it too. He misses you. He misses the connection. Jesus left the 99. You are valued. He misses you. Just come back.
Have you really considered that He needs this as much as you do? He values you. He wants to have encounters with you.
He wants to hear about your day and the moments you almost slipped up but you remembered His word. He wants to remind you how beautiful you are on the days someone said otherwise.
He wants to come through for you in moments that others fall short. God is not like man, He won’t. He won’t leave you behind. He won’t neglect you. He won’t forget you. He won’t have bad thoughts towards you. He doesn’t have a false narrative of who you are so He won’t treat you based on what poeple say or see. He is not judgemental to your tears, He collects them. He never gets tired of hearing your voice, so He wants you to tell Him every detail.
He won’t put you last. He won’t put you second. He won’t put you after His other group of friends. He won’t leave your message in the archives. He doesn’t ignore your calls. He doesn’t think any less of you because you made a mistake. He doesn’t think that you can replace spaces that you can’t fill. He doesn’t want you to worry. He loves you.
It never lessens. It stays the same. EVERY SINGLE TIME.
It’s okay, His ears are open now to hear from you. Even if it’s just tears. Just go to Him before you do anything else. He wants to heal the cuts that you got on your way back home.
Welcome back home!! We can’t wait to hug you and remind you that you are loved unconditionally.
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.
