TEA TIME WITH RUTHIE: Palm Sunday

I know that although many of my readers are Christians, there are a lot of people out there that have no idea who Jesus is or what Palm Sunday is about. I know a lot of people in my life that are unaware of a lot of stories in the bible and to help them as best as I can, I’m going to take us back to Sunday School. Today’s topic is: PALM SUNDAY!!!

Palm Sunday, also known as Passion Sunday is the Sunday before Easter and is often celebrated as the day that Jesus entered Jerusalem.

Here are the passages to read today!!!!

Matthew 21:1–11, Mark 11:1–11, Luke 19:28–44, and John 12:12–19.

Let me give you a little imagery…

What does this story tell you about Jesus and Jerusalem?

Piece, I Leave With You…

Me hoping you got the play on words…

I found some great resources for you to use to know what this season is about and how it links to the stories in the Bible. I hope it helps.

Here is the verse that I want to leave with you today. Have a blessed day!!!
