RECOMMENDATION: Random Weekend Ideas

The last time I posted this there were so many other ideas that came and so I am about to keep adding to that list. If you missed out, don’t worry, here is the last blog post.

If you are interested in the decluttering blog, I got you.

There are so many things that we can do to keep ourselves occupied and productive for the weekend. And as always, feel free to share your activities with us.

LETTERS

We all were taught to write letters and it seems as if very few in society hold on to this activity. I am concerned but you could write so many letters to so many people, one including yourself. It always is amazing I’m sure to hear from yourself when you were younger. Write letters to loved ones that you cannot see in the pandemic. Just have a good time writing, especially because a lot of you haven’t written for a year now. I see you.

TIDY UP HOUSE

Everyone loves a clean space and the ease there is in seeing everything and knowing where everything is. I know most of you are reading this in a messy room, but this is a safe place. Go clean your room.

GARDENING

My dad does this everyday and I am a confident watcher and beneficiary. Gardening is fun and a friend of mine has a blog post on the first steps to gardening. It definitely can become your new habit or thing that you do. It’s fun and most definitely rewarding in the long run.

PAINT

On weekends, we paint!! I know some professionals or those really talented will be offended at the beginner level artworks or those that just do it for fun, but this is also a beautiful skill that you can take up on weekends and maybe you end up taking it seriously and start going to school to get the certifications etc. This is a fun activity, especially if you have children around you.

WALK BAREFOOT

My mom after work when she remembers, goes outside to walk barefoot and of course she always talks about the benefits of walking barefoot (go and research) and tags us along as well. Of course, be careful and have fun.
